MRCA is designed for leaders who want to launch a coaching business business and support leaders in non-profits, education, and mission driven organizations. We are the only coaching program specifically designed for leaders in the social impact sector.

Who is this for?

What will you earn?

You will earn a 150-hour Full Coaching Certification in Social Impact Leadership to share with partners and on your resume. Digital badges also available for LinkedIn and email signatures.

How it Works

Our cohorts are fully virtual and meet live once a week over the course of 12 weeks. Each session is 2.5 hours, intentionally designed to create space for real practice, reflection, and meaningful dialogue. The program is structured across six modules that equip you with the tools to grow leaders and build a strong, sustainable coaching practice. All live sessions take place on Zoom, while session materials, recordings, discussions, and our full resource library are housed within Mighty Networks.

Following the 12-week experience, you will transition into a six-month practicum. During this time, we support you in identifying and securing clients, you will lead one-on-one coaching sessions, and participate in small group coaching clinics to deepen and refine your practice.

At the conclusion of the program, you will graduate with your coaching certification and become part of our alumni community, an ongoing space for connection, support, and continued growth as a coach.

Support leaders and organizations in establishing a coaching culture that centers human experience, using a curriculum intentionally designed for leaders in social impact organizations.

Utilize relational intelligence to effectively facilitate both one-on-one and group coaching conversations, equipping leaders with the skills to grow and move meaningfully toward their goals.

Gain the business tools to design and launch a coaching practice that supports leaders both within your organization and beyond it, expanding your influence and impact.

Cost and Cohort Dates

COST $3,895

While most coaching programs range from $12,000–$15,000, ours is offered at a fraction of the cost without compromising the quality of instruction. We have an income-driven model to provide equity across all levels.
