The world needs leaders that care about the development of social impact leaders. MRCA is designed for leaders who want to take their coaching practice to the next level. This course prepares you to grow and retain talent within and outside of your organization.

Upon completion, graduates will earn a 100-hour Leadership Coaching Certification.

• Adopt our coaching framework to develop leaders who are grounded in purpose, accountable to their commitments, and equipped to move their teams toward a shared vision.

• Deepen critical thinking and critical consciousness while building an ethical, practical relationship with generative AI as a tool that strengthens, not replaces, leadership.

• Implement the S.T.A.T.S. Leadership Assessment to use data with intention, measuring and tracking leadership growth over time so development is visible, strategic, and aligned to impact.

• Join a community of 200+ alumni leaders who are actively using coaching to build leadership capacity to cultivate cultures of growth around the world.

• Gain the tools to design and launch a coaching practice that supports leaders both within your organization and beyond it, expanding your influence and impact.

COHORT DATES & INFO:

Our cohorts are fully virtual and meet synchronously once a week for 12 weeks. Each session runs 2.5 hours, creating the space we need for real practice, reflection, and dialogue. To preserve depth and authentic connection, we intentionally cap each cohort at fewer than 30 leaders.

Each class is collaborative and practice-based. You will engage in meaningful dialogue, live coaching demonstrations, breakout coaching reps, and peer feedback. All live sessions take place on Zoom. Session materials, recordings, discussions, and our full resource library is housed inside Mighty Networks.

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality engagement at a rate that remains accessible for leaders and organizations committed to impact.

Course Sequence:

• For the first 12 weeks, students meet Wednesdays from 6:00–8:00pm EST on Zoom. You may miss up to two sessions. All classes are recorded to review.

• Between sessions, expect approximately two hours of applied learning. This includes reading coaching concepts and case studies, reviewing leadership frameworks, and watching coaching videos to strengthen your craft.

• After the 12-week core experience, students enter a six-month practicum window. During this phase, you refine your coaching practice through:

• • Up to 20 coaching clinics, where you practice in small groups and receive direct feedback from our coaching facilitator, Mario. Clinic times vary based on availability.
  • 30 hours of one-on-one coaching, where you apply the full coaching process in real conversations. We’ll help you find coachees.

• The best thing about our coaching program is that it’s human centered and you won’t have to do it alone.

INVESTMENT:

Total invest cost is $3,495.00

We believe access and accountability can coexist.

After completing the application and interview process, you will receive clarity on your personalized monthly investment. The minimum monthly payment is $125.

To support you in making an informed financial decision, that minimum investment typically translates to approximately 29 monthly payments (about two and a half years if you choose to remain at the minimum payment level.) You are always welcome to pay more per month to complete your investment sooner.

We also accept Klarna as a payment option, which may allow you to reduce your monthly payment amount depending on your plan.

As a human-centered organization, we recognize that life happens. In moments of financial hardship, we are open to temporarily adjusting monthly payments. Our priority is not simply collecting tuition. Our priority is staying connected to you so you can continue using leadership coaching to grow and retain leaders in your organization and community.
