THE ORCHID
Our Advisory Circle
The Messy Roots Advisory Circle (Orchid)—a small, intentional body of coaches, elders, and facilitators who will steward the ethical, cultural, and liberatory roots of our coaching ecosystem.
As Messy Roots grows, we are committed not just to scale, but to depth. We believe that how we grow matters just as much as what we grow. The Advisory Circle will serve as our integrity body, supporting us in holding alignment across our Coaching Code of Ethics, competencies, conflict processes, and collective care.
Advisory Circle members were elected because of their rooted presence, their clear commitment to justice, and their capacity to navigate complexity with both compassion and accountability. Other than the founder, Advisory Circle members serve 1-2 terms on the board.
