THE LEADERSHIP COACHING CAMP

ABOUT:

Leaders need leaders on their team, not just people who are compliant. At TLC, leaders learn how to integrate coaching principles into their leadership style to grow with purpose and impact. Research shows that leaders who use coaching tools are significantly more effective at inspiring teams, driving results, and fostering innovation.

Our curriculum is specifically designed for leaders in the social impact space who are ready to elevate their practice and lead with authenticity, empathy, and vision.

By the end of camp, participants will be able to confidently integrate coaching tools into their daily leadership practice, enabling them to:

  • Build stronger, trust-based relationships

  • Lead with curiosity and empathy

  • Develop others through intentional feedback and questioning

  • Navigate challenges with self-awareness and adaptability

  • Inspire growth and accountability within their teams

Graduates of this training will earn a 30-hour Leadership Coaching Certification setting yourself apart from other leaders and organizations.

NEXT COHORT DATES:

Our cohorts are fully virtual and meet synchronously once a week for 6 weeks. Each session lasts 2 hours. To foster authentic connection, we intentionally accept less than fewer than 25 leaders per cohort. During each class, you’ll engage in meaningful dialogue and collaboration with your peers. All sessions, cohort interactions, and our resource library are hosted on Mighty Networks, creating a dedicated space to learn, connect, and grow together.

Storytelling -Storytelling is the foundation of coaching and is one of the most powerful tools a leader can use. At Messy Roots, we teach our storytelling method to help leaders share impactful stories that cultivate a culture of connection, empathy, and strong relationships within their teams.

Social Impact Curriculum - We’ve developed a modernized coaching curriculum specifically for leaders in social impact spaces. In this program, you’ll learn the foundations of our three core coaching approaches—Narrative, Transformative, and Liberatory—that will equip you to lead one-on-one conversations, ask strategic questions, and provide meaningful feedback to grow your team members.

Sustainability - We provide a comprehensive resource library filled with tools to help you build sustainable leadership practices for yourself and your team. In addition, we teach leaders how to easily design and customize their own resources.
